We talked watches, and I mentioned a specific model I was keen on. They didn't have it in stock then, but Brandon promised he'd give me a call as soon as it came in. My direct feeling and conclusion about this experience? That call never came. I later found out the watch did arrive and was sold without anyone ever contacting me, despite the clear promise. I felt utterly misled and frustrated, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service.
